Refund policy

We are unable accept returns of any kind:

COVID Safety: Due to pandemic related health and safety concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges of any product merchandise. Any returned item would have to be destroyed. 

Toy Safety: Toy safety protocols prohibit us from reselling/donating returned toys. We simply can't have returns to ensure the health and safety of all of our customers.

Wrong Address:

If your order is returned, because you did not give me the correct mailing address, additional shipping charges  apply to re-ship your order. Please be aware that the shipping charge for your initial order is a discounted charge and the actual cost of postage (which will be higher) will be applied on re-shipped orders. If you do not wish to re-ship your order, your original payment method will be issued a refund for the amount of the items minus actual shipping cost (packaging + postage). 

Damage by shipper:

All items are packaged and shipped in new condition. If an item arrives damaged by shipping we are happy to provide you with a replacement if you can furnish proof and file an appropriate claim.  We require photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Customer has 7 days from delivery of parcel to report damage from shipping. Please retain the item and shipping packaging as we sort through any issue. The post office may require you to submit both to them in person, you are responsible for doing so if needed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Each item comes with tracking, we will not replace an item that has been indicated by the postal service as delivered. If an item goes missing please contact the postal service with your tracking number. We are happy to work with you to locate the item.

We are not responsible for replacing items that are worn over time or break from misuse.

Items from other shops and manufacturers:

We do license artwork and distribute products to other shops and companies. Please be advised problems with purchases from other sellers are to be handled with that seller. Our policy is once it leaves our warehouse and the shop has marked it as suitable we are no longer responsible for its condition. We have no control over customer service or products that we have licensed to have made through a 3rd party. We simply approve the artwork and product and are unable to assist you with those orders.
